Crudo, Fish, Bait, Esca - dinner no matter what you call it.

Yesterday Mark and I were on a mission to find the freshest fish we could find for our dinner Saturday night. You see, we had read an article recently in The New Yorker about "crudo" and were intent on replicating the chef's success. (Although he caught a lot of his fish).
